AustinCavalier is not responsible for incorrect addresses given, refused shipments or unclaimed shipments. We have no control over mail delivery once it leaves our boutique so please check with the carrier if we show it shipped and you have not received it.

During the holiday season, processing time can take up to 10 days. If you are in need of item(s) for a specific holiday, please contact prior to placing your order to see if it would make it in time. There is no guarantee your order will arrive in time due to any shipping delays that may occur in transit.

*Free shipping is not available to International orders and some items do not qualify due to size and weight, such as carriers, beds and furniture etc.
